Outcomes of an individual assessment (score on eight roles and career values) are connected to four areas of change (from current to desired):

The outcomes will be checked and validated against existing current insights and knowledge concerning e.g. strategic drivers, key trends, existing change programs, employee engagement surveys…

These insights on an organizational level and the report Octogram Talentenprofiel on an individual level, may be used as input for a Personal Development Plan, career dialogues or career decisions.
